4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 roll of Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
poppy seeds
8 oz. carton low-fat sour cream
1 stick of butter, very cold
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil & chop chicken. Mix sour cream & soups together. Add chicken & mushrooms & pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top, then sprinkle crumbled crackers over that. Dice butter & scatter on top of casserole.

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
