1 lb. Breakfast sausage
1 medium chopped onion
1 - 8oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 c. chicken broth
1 medium chopped bell pepper
1 - 6oz. pkg. long grain & wild rice mix
2-4 oz. cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 Tlbs. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage into microwave casserole, add onion & pepper. Cover & cook on high for 6 minutes or until done. Mix in remaining ingredients and microwave for 15 minutes, then reduce to medium setting and microwave about
25 minutes longer or until rice is done.
