3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 3/4 c. pimento cheese 3/4 c. English cheese 2-3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 can jalapeņo peppers, chopped 1 Tlbs. onion juice 1 pod crushed garlic 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients together well. Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
