3 c. diced chicken (cooked)
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can sliced black olives
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayo
crushed potato chips (I used corn flakes)
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, almonds, cream of chicken soup, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix well & set aside. Beat in mayo with a whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture & stir well. Spoon into greased 2-quart, shallow baking dish.

Bake at 450º for 10-15 min. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips & cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
