1 bunch/bag of spinich
2 hard boiled eggs
4 or 5 slices bacon-crisp broken into small pieces
small white onion rings
feta or jack cheese
sliced mushrooms
sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing:

1/3 c vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbls Accent
pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 to 1/3 C oil

Mix above together and toss with salad prior to serving
