Ingredients:  
1 cube butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c sifted flour
2 tsp soda
1 2# can crushed pineapple (not drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, sift flour & soda into creamed mixture then add crushed pineapple. Frost with Coconut Icing when cool

Bake at 350º 30 - 35 minutes

Coconut Icing:

1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1 cup evaporated milk

boil 15 min, stir in 1 cup coconut and 1 cup nuts.
