!lb Center Cut Sushi Grade Tune - Thick
2 Tablespoons Butter
Blacken Red Fish Spice.... You can buy this at any store.
Wasabi Paste
Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a cast iron skillet until very hot. I usually do it on a charcoal grill and put the iron skillet right on the hot coals.

Melt the butter coat turn with butter.

Sprinkle both sides with blackening spice

Sear on the hot skillet for just a minute on each side. You want the outside black and the inside virtually raw.

Slice and serve with soy sauce and wasabi paste
