1 pkg. Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. milk
1-1/2 c. fully cooked ham- diced
1 c. Cheddar cheese- shredded
1/2 c. French style green beans or green peas-
thawed
1 can ( 4 oz.) sliced mushrooms- drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 F. Take 1 pkg Betty Crocker Scalloped potatoes and mix the potatoes and sauce mix with 2 c.. boiling water in ungreased, 2 quart round casserole dish.
Stir in milk, ham, shredded cheese, beans or peas, and sliced mushrooms.
Bake uncovered 40-45 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Let stand 5 min. before serving.
