Ingredients:
Ingredients:
'Chunk' of Butter
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
3 Eggs (room temperature)
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Put a “Chunk” of butter in a glass pie plate
3. In a mixing bowl, mix Flour, Milk, and eggs only until smooth; also add sprinkle of salt
4. Put the pie plate in the oven for a minute or so until the butter is melted. Gotta be quick before it burns
5. As soon as it’s melted, pour the mixture into the pie plate; butter will rise to the top, do not try to mix it in
6. Cook for 12 minutes and check – pancake should rise an inch or two around the rim and should be no more than golden brown before taken out.
7. Cut pie-style and serve with preserves.
