1C. Cornmeal
1C. Flour
2C. Rolled (Crushed) Cornflakes
1 T. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 T. Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and store in airtight container.

To use: Wash and pat dry chicken pieces. Sprinkle about 1 cup of shake and bake in a plastic bag or bowl and coat chicken. Place chicken on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 - 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Good on pork chops also.
(Discard any mixture left in bag or bowl to prevent cross contamination = Food Poisoning)
