3 cups sweet potatoes, or 1 large can sweet potatoes (drained)
1 stick butter
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cococnut
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter (melted)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the 3 cups sweet potatoes, or 1 large can sweet potatoes (drained) and place in baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick pam.

MIX TOGETHER:
1 cup flour and 1 cup brown sugar
ADD:
1 cup chopped pecans and 1 stick butter (melted)
Add 2 Tabelspoons hot water . Spoon over potatoes and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH MIXER, LIKE CREAMED POTATOES, THEN POUR PECANS AND BUTTER AND WATER OVER THEM
