"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich

Personal Notes:
Mom's Nut Rolls were amazing. I've never been able to make them as good, but the memories make me happy.

I'll never forget when mom brought the dough to our new house. As she walked to the kitchen, dough was falling onto the floor, Richard was freaking out and we laughed. We trashed our little townhouse kitchen in the making of nut rolls, but I cherish that memory. Mom was the best!
