2 # ground walnuts
2 cups of white sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
1 stick of melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1-2 cans evaporated milk

Mix sugar butter, eggs (at room temperature). Add nuts and vanilla. Stir in enough evaporated milk to make a nice consistency. Stir till sugar dissolves.

Sweet dough:
6 cups of flour, 2 tsp salt, cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 stick of butter, 1 can of evaporated milk, 3 eggs

Bread: Combine 4 c flour, sugar, salt and yeast in mixing bowl. Add warm milk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined. Let set 5-10 minutes, to get yeast working.

Continue adding the flour until dough pulls away from sides of mixing bowl. Form dough into a smooth ball; put into greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled.

When dough has doubled, punch down then divide dough in half and roll each piece out into a rectangle. Spread nuts on dough. Roll up, pinching seam and turning under ends. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Allow to rest 30 minutes.

Brush with egg wash; Bake 350 30 minutes or till done.
