1 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp cloves
tsp nutmeg
16 oz. can pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Beat in vanilla. Alternately add flour and pumpkin to butter mixture, ending with flour.

Put into 2 lightly greased (or Pam'd) loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes or till a pick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire racks.
