1 c dry bread crumbs
c parmesan cheese
c milk
2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 small onion, minced, or 2 tsp of dried minced onion
3 pounds ground beef

Combine bread, cheese, milk, salt eggs, onion in big bowl. Combine with ground beef. Roll into balls and bake in a 420 degree oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Add balls to the sauce pot. Simmer an hour or so. Yum.

1 large can diced tomatoes
2 jars marinara sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
tsp red pepper flakes
1 c dry white wine if you have it around

Sauce: Add sauces and tomatoes. Using a hand blender, blend it up Add remaining ingredients and simmer an hour or so.
