(1/2 cup blanched, slivered almonds)
1/2 to 3/4 lb sautéed mushrooms
3 tbls white wine
3 tbls butter or chicken fat
2 tbls flour
2 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper
1 cup whipping cream
grated parmesan cheese
