1 c powdered sugar
1 c white sugar
1 c marg. or shortening
1 c oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
4 c flour (plus 4 heaping tsp.)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, marg. & oil until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the other ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls & place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down on cookies with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake approx. 10 minutes at 375 I bake mine 14 - 15 min.
