1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c evaporated milk (1 small can)
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 - 7oz cans tuna drained and flaked
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup finley cut onion
1/4 cup finely cut pimentos
2 drops tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup and evaporated milk. Add and mix together rice, tuna, cheese, onion, pimentos and tabasco. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 mins or until bubbly @ 350
