1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground sausage
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 c finely chopped green pepper
1 c finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 c italian bread crumbs
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 can evaporated milk (5oz)
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1/2 c spicy cocktail sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven 375. Combine all ingredients by hand except for 1/4 c cocktail sauce. Form into loaf in greased baking dish. Spread remaining cocktail sauce on top. Bake 45 - 60 minutes
