2 lbs hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 med. chopped onion
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 small can chopped green chiles
2 - 15 oz cans enchilada sauce
1 - 2 tsp cumin powder
grated cheese
flour tortillas 1 pkg

Directions:
Directions:
brown ground beef, add garlic onion and tomato sauce, green chiles, 1 can of enchilada sauce, and cumin. On a cookie sheet w/ an edge, put meat mixture & some cheese in a tortilla and then roll the tortilla...continue until pan is full. Brush with enchilada sauce and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes (till cheese is melted)
