1 cup uncooked rice
1 envelope of dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
4 -5 chicken breasts w/o skin

Directions:
Directions:
put aluminum foil on the bottom of a 9x13 pan & grease with butter. Sprinkle with rice. Lay washed and cut chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken. Mix soup and milk together and pour over top of chicken. Cover with foil (shiny side in). Bake 2 hours at 350
Use more milk if rice is too dry.
