8 oz cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1/3 t salt
1/3 c sugar
BEAT EGG THE CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR, & SALT. MIX WELL.
MIX CHOCOLATE CHIP IN BY HAND

1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1/4 c instant baking cocoa
1 t baking soda
1/2 salt
1 c water
1/3 c cooking oil
1 T vinegar
1 t vanilla

put cream cheese mix in refrigerator until ready to use.

sift together dry ingredients
in separate bowl beat well the water, oil, vinegar & vanilla. add dry mix to water & oil mixture & mix by hand.

fill midget cup cake holder 1/2 with choc. mix & then a t of cream cheese mixture.

bake @ 350 for 20 mins. DO NOT OVER BAKE
