4 8oz cream cheese
8 large eggs
2 c milk
2 c sugar
1 1/2 t vanilla
4 T cornstarch
cinnamon (sprinkle on top before baking)

beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth
add eggs ( one @ a time ) on low speed
add other ingredients @ medium speed for about three minutes.

use un-greased metal or glass pan (13 x 9)

bake @ 350 for 45mins. check then bake for 15 mins more.

****make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

*** a good cheese cake is when it raises and it will crack while in oven.
