2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
2 cups quick oats
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together, shape into small balls, 1 inch diameter. Place in baking pan in single layer. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
