1 lb. hamburger
1/4 C chopped onion
2 C shredded cabbage
1 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
salt & pepper
2 C cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan brown meat & onion. Stir in cabbage. Cover & cook 5 minutes. Add can of tomatoes, sugar, vinegar & seasonings. Mix well. Add tomato sauce and continue cooking 10 minutes. Add hot cooked rice.

I have made stuffed cabbage rolls for years. This tastes the same but is a lot less work. I also use the brown rice.
