2 lbs hamburger
1med. onion chopped
1 teas. salt
1/2 teas. pepper
1 can refried beans
1/4 cup water
12 flour tortillas

Sauce:
1lb Velvetta-cut into cubes
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken
3/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and salt and pepper. Drain meat and then add refried beans and water. Put into tortillas and roll up and place into greased 9x13 pan. Cube up velvetta and mix milk and cream of chicken in bowl and microwave until almost completely melted. Pour over enchilladas and then bake at 350 for 30 minutes then pour shredded cheese on top and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
