6-8 Large Russet(Brown) Potatoes, 1 Pack of Bacon, 1 Stick of Butter, Sour Cream & Chives, Half of a Shallot, 1 Clove of Garlic, 2 Cups Parmesan, and 1 and a half Cups of Cheddar and Motterella Cheese, 1 tsp.. Salt, 1 tsp.. Pepper, 1 tsp.. Lemon Pepper, and 2 tbsp.. Dried Bread Crumbs.

Preheat Oven @ 350Fº Boil Potatoes for 15-25 min. or Until Tender. Shock in Cold Water and Carefully Peel Skin off and Slightly Mash in a Large Bowl. Cook 1 Pack of Bacon thurly and Drain. Now add Salt, Pepper, & Lemon Pepper, Butter, Sour Cream & Chives, Shallot, Garlic, Parmesan, Motterella, and Cheddar Cheese, to Potatoes and Mix Well together. Now in a buttered Casserole Pan, add a Small Bottom Layer of the Potato Mixture, then a layer or Largely Broken Up Bacon Bits Spread Evenly throughout the Pan and Potatoes again. Repeat this Process Until you Reach your final layer of Potatoes on top, add a lilttle more Cheese of your Choice and Bread Crumbs. Bake for 15-20min. or until Cheese is Melted -EnJ0y-
