2 eggs, beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pounds ground beef


Sauce:
1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 bottle ( 12 ounce) chili sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients.Add beef and mix well. Shape in to 1-in balls. Place in an ungreased 15x10-in baking pan. Bake uncovered. at 450* for 8-10 minutes oruntil no longer pink.Transfer with a slotted spoon to a slow cooker or chafing dish. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan: simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over meatballs. Serve warm.

When I made these meatballs I just put them in a casserole and bake them 45-1 hour.
