1 1/3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup Milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 cups drained whole kernel corn
1 medium onion
1/2 cup chopped clams
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Combine milk and egg. Blend gradually with dry ingredients. Stir in corn, onions and clams. Drop from tablespoon onto hot griddle (pancake temperature).
Cook 3-5 minutes, browning each side and serve.
