2 lbs. hamburger
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
3-4 oz.cream cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped up
1 tsp. chile powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bottle of red taco sauce
1 bag Mexican cheese blend
tortilla chips
1 pkg. tortillas
sourcream and guacemole (opt.) to top with or serve on the side

Directions:
Directions:
Fry up hamburger, drain, and simmer with taco seasonings on low.
Add the following to the meat pan: Cream cheese, half the onions, chile powder, salt, and half the cheese and mix on stove until melted together.
Spoon this mixture into tortillas, roll them up and lay them seam-side down in a 9 X 13 dish.
Pour taco sauce on top, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 15 min.
Pull out of oven and sprinkle the other 1/2 of cheese on top, crush tortilla chips with your hands over top, and garnish with rest of the green onions
Bake 15 more min. uncovered.
Serve warm with sour cream and guacamole and mexican rice.
