2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 clove garlic minced
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tst fresh ginger root
Pour marinade over lamb for at least 2 hours or over night in fridge.
