Yellow cake mix
1 small box orange jello dissolved in 2/3 cup warm water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Icing:
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Add the dissolved jello to the cake mix with the oil
Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg
Add the coconut extract and place into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan
Do not preheat oven
Place pan in a 350º oven for 60 minutes
Icing:
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Boil 30 seconds and remove from heat
Pour over cooled cake
