1 package yellow cake mix
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
1 package angel flake coconut, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan
Dump undrained pineapple into pan; spread evenly
Dump pie filling and spread over the pineapple
Dump dry cake mix over the cherry filling and spread evenly Sprinkle pecans and coconut, if desired, over cake mix
Slice the butter and layer over the top
Bake 60 minutes or until browned
