3 cups biscuit baking mix 1/2 cup sugar 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven 400º Beat cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy Add biscuit mix and sugar and mix well Add remaining ingredients and stir, just until moistened Fill muffin cups 2/3 full Bake 10-15 minutes
