3 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
2 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries in light syrup
3/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Mix together the first 5 ingredients and lightly whisk to mix
In another mixing bowl, combine the next 3 ingredients
Add the liquid to the dry mixture and stir just until moistened
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or 6 mini loaf pans
Bake 60 minutes
If using mini-loaf pans, bake 40 minutes
