Poppy Seed Dressing
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 teas minced onion
1/4 teas garlic powder
1 teas salt
1 teas dry mustard
1 tbl poppy seeds
2 tabl orange juice
3/4 cup vegetable oil

3 cups bite size spinach
3 cups bite size romaine lettuce
2 !/2 cup bite sized cooked chicken
2 cups halved or quartered strawberries
2 cups cubed honey dew melon
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Mix vinegar,sugar,onion,garlic powder,salt,dry mustard,poppy seeds and orange juice in blender. Slowly pour oil thru top and blend until emulsified
Prepare salad ingredients and put in separate covered containerss. Refrigerate all accept almonds. Mix all ingredients in salad bowl pour on dressing ( not too much)and toss and serve
