3 c. Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. Butter
1/3 c. Flour
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Flaked Coconut
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1/3 c. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla, salt and butter until smooth. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. TOPPING: Mix flour, brown sugar, coconut, pecans and melted butter and spread over sweet potato mixture.

Bake 350º for 35 to 40 minutes
