6 sweet potatoes or yams
bake at 400 for 1 hour until soft
scoop out insides
mash with 2 tabl of butter
and 1 tabl of brown sugar per potatoe
little cinnamon place in oven proof dish
cover top with miniature marshmellows
bake at 350 for 10 minutes till marshmellows are golden
