Slab baby back ribs
1 cup of water (apple juice optional and recommended)
salt and pepper
Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel Ribs
Cover in tin foil
Oven 350 2 hours 15 minutes
Drain Water (apple juice)
Add Barbecue Sauce
Broil or throw on the Barbecue for 3-5 minutes

These are absolutely delicious and the best ribs I've ever had. Special thanks to the Mihelich's. The apple juice is the secret ingredient.
