1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter-softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1 1/4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients and 2 1/2 c. water to boil in saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour into 9X13" baking dish. Cream 1 Tbsp butter and 1/2 c sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add milk, flour, baking powder, and nuts: mix well.
Drop by spoonfulls into hot syrup in baking dish.
Bake at 375º minutes.
