Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp flour
1/2 c. confectioner sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. confectioner sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of lightly greased 13 X 9" pan: bake 15 minutes at 350.
Meanwhile combine eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, lemon, and remaining flour, mix well. Pour over baked crust: bake an additional 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
