8 medium apples
1/4 c water or apple juice
1/2 c butter
1 c rolled oats
1 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel,core, and slice apples
2. pur juice or water over apple slices
3. Put the butter, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl. Cut in flour.
4. Spread the crumb mixture over the apples and pat down with your finger tips to settle.
5. Place apple crisp in center of oven and bake 40 minutes at 350
