4 green peppers 8 large onions chopped cucumbers 4 tbsp salt 4 cups sugar 2 cups vinegar 4 tsp mustard seed 2 tsp celery seed 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp tumeric
Grind green peppers and onions. Add enough chopped cucumbers to make 10 cups. To this add the salt, and let stand 30 minutes, Drain and add sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed, black pepper and tumeric. Boil 5 minutes. Put in jars hot and seal.
