1 pork tenderloin 5-8 lbs.
1 can diced pears
2-3 cloves garlic
1 lg. bag fresh spinach
1 tub boursin herbed cheese
1/2c sour cream
salt&pepper

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 350şbutterfly pork,season well.saute evoo & butter in lg. skillet.Add onion garlic until onion is nsoft. add spinach cheese sour cream and pears. Load onto tenderloin.Fold over bake until done. Do not over bake.Let stand for15 min. slice &serve
