1 package baby spinach
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head green leaf lettuce
2 to 3 fuji apples, chopped with skin left on
2 to 3 pears, chopped with skin left on
red grapes, cut in 1/2
2 package plain feta cheese, crumbled
1 large package whole pecans

3/4 c. sugar
1 T. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 T. poppyseeds

Toss salad ingredients together and add dressing just before serving.
