2 eggs, beaten;
1-1/2 c flour;
1/2 c water;
1/2 tsp salt;
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients well. Use a spaetzle maker to drop dough into boiling water for 2-3 minutes. You can also pour it from a pitcher and cut off pieces as it drops into the water. Or you can push it through a colander into the water. Make the spaetzle a few at a time and drain them in a colander.
