1 large head of cauliflower;
1 large head of broccoli;
1 bunch of green onions;
1/2 c mayonnaise;
1/4 c sugar;
1/3 c vinegar;
1/3 c salad oil;
1/2 tsp salt;
1/4 tsp pepper;
1/4 c crisp bacon bits
Pimento and radish for color - optional

Clean, trim, slice thin and drain first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour this dressing over vegetables and toss. Let set overnight (24 hours is best). Before serving, add 1/4 cup crisp bacon bits. May add pimento or radish for color.
