1- 6 oz pkg stuffing mix for chicken; 1-1/2 c hot water; 1/4 c margarine; 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 1 can of cream of chicken soup; (cream of mushroom soup is alright as substitute) 1/3 c sour cream OR milk
Stir stuffing mix with margarine and 1-1/2 c hot water. Place chicken in 12 x 8 baking dish. Mix soup and milk; pour this over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
