Chicken legs, wings or breasts
2 Eggs;
1/4 c milk;
2 squirts of mustard;
1/2 c parmesan cheese;
1/2 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Remove fat from chicken. Mix eggs, milk and mustard together. In a separate bowl, mix cheese and bread crumbs together. Dip chicken pieces into liquid mixture, then into dry mixture. Once chicken is breaded, let set for 10 minutes on wax paper. Fry at 325 for 10 minutes per side (approx. 20 minutes)
