Ingredients:  
1 can whole kernel corn, drained;
1 can cream style corn;
1 stick butter, melted;
1 egg;
1 tsp salt;
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix;
8 oz (1 c) sour cream;
6 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use stick of butter to coat bottom and sides of baking dish. MIx all ingredients together, except cheese. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
