1 small box vanilla pudding;
1 small box tapioca pudding;
3 c water;
1 small box orange jello;
1 medium container of cool whip;
1 can drained mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil the (not instant) pudding mix and water. Remove from heat. Stir in orange jello mix. Let cool completely. Add cool whip and mandarin oranges. Save a few oranges for decoration on the top. Refrigerate.
